Medication therapy management, otherwise known as MTM, is a program that helps you manage your medications and health conditions.

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may benefit from medication therapy management. With this program, our pharmacists will ensure you are getting the most benefits from your medications. MTM helps us help you live a healthier life.

Most Medicare Part D plans will cover one MTM appointment per year, if insurance doesn't cover your appointment, the cost is $100.
